Finding out about the Catholic Faith

Each Wednesday evening 8.00–8.45 there is an online group meeting to which all are welcome. If you are thinking of becoming a Catholic, or are already one and simply would like to know more, then this is the group for you. Please email roypeacheyuk@gmail.com for the log-in information.

For those who would like to go deeper, and also consider the Sunday readings, there is also the Journey of Faith group, details on the left.

Please note:

We cannot admit people to Mass without a track and trace number,

available only in advance from the parish office.

The Historic Churches Committee has now given unamimous approval for us to remove the wooden sanctuary platform from the church. The work will take place shortly and should be accomplished quickly. Once done, it will be possible to provde some 25% more seating in the church, and even when the church is not full, more people will be given a clear view of the altar. Once the work in the Old Hall is complete, and the rebuilding of the front steps, the sanctuary will be extended again, as decided in our open parish meeting, in a more fitting and permanent style.
